Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions carried out through the trendyful.co.nz website. Using our services confirms your acceptance of these terms. The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
Purchasing
We advise customers where goods are shown with reference to a photograph we cannot guarantee that your monitorâs display of any colour will be accurate. We will deliver the corresponding goods but do not warrant that they will be identical to those displayed on your monitor.
The price may change at any point subject to currency fluctuations and suppliers pricing.
All goods are subject to availability, and full refunds will be given if for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled by Trendyful.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE postage anywhere in New Zealand.
All products are dispatched from our Auckland base and are typically sent by Courier Post the next business day. It usually takes 2-3 working days to deliver anywhere in North Island and 3-4 working days in South Island. All shipments are tracked by default so you are able to track your purchase at any time. Tracking details are sent out automatically as soon as Courier Post scans your parcel. You get notified by an email or mobile number you provide at checkout.
Please note:Â Orders can only be sent to one address. If you require part of your order to be sent to a different address, please order those items separately.
You must advise us if you are working to a deadline when placing your order. Express delivery can usually be arranged at an additional cost if required.
Signature Required option is available on request at an additional charge.Â
Returns Policy
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order should you have any queries about the product(s) you have received.
While every effort is made to ensure that you receive the required goods in the best possible condition, please inspect all items carefully upon receipt. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, please contact us immediately in writing outlining the fault. (Choosing the wrong product is not classified as a fault rather human error).
In the case of human error (eg. wrong product/colour/size...) all postage costs are buyer's responsibility.
Any goods must be returned in a saleable condition and in the original packaging.
All costs related to postage for returns of faulty products are the seller's responsibility.Â
This does not affect your statutory rights.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from trendyful.co.nz.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (the "Act"): If you are a consumer under the Act:
and you are acquiring or holding yourself out as acquiring the goods for a business purpose, the Act will not apply; and
we do not undertake that facilities for repair and parts for the goods will be available.
Subject to this clause nothing in these Terms will affect your rights as a consumer under the Act.
Waiver: If at any time we do not enforce any of these Terms or grant you time or other indulgence, we will not be construed as having waived that term or our rights to later enforce that or any other term.
Severability: If any portion of these Terms is deemed to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law: These Terms will be governed by New Zealand law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.
